Fragment Operation Counts

• Operations at the fragment level are either:

  • Color calculations (R,G,B,A) for fragment or texel
  • Operations on Z, X, Y
    • usually comparisons

• Operations are fixed point (integer operations)

  • Have already seen how to represent RGBA as 0.8 FXP format
